Melaporkan kebutuhan karyawan dan persiapan untuk recruitment. Mempersiapkan proses recruitment dan membuat laporan hasil test dan interview dari kandidat terpilih dalam proses recruitment. Membuat kontrak kerja untuk karyawan baru serta karyawan yang mendekati berakhirnya masa kontrak. Berkoordinasi dengan pengelola outsourcing untuk kontrak baru dan perubahannya. Membuat evaluasi kinerja karyawan atau evaluasi on job training untuk karyawan baru. Membuat laporan kompetensi, promosi dan demosi karyawan setiap bulan. Melakukan kontrol atas surat menyurat yang keluar dari perusahaan dan penggunaan kop surat perusahaan. Memantau jadwal perpanjangan surat-surat kendaraan kantor. Melaksanakan pekerjaan administrasi yang berhubungan dengan masalah K-3. Membuat, mengevaluasi, dan melaporkan rekap hasil pelatihan (instruktur, materi, evaluasi after training, ROI training) kepada Atasan Mengajukan permintaan pembelian alat tulis kantor dan kebutuhan rumah tangga perusahaan ke Manager HRD & GA sebelum diberikan ke departemen Pembelian. Melaporkan rekonsiliasi BPJS Ketenaga kerjaan dan Kesehatan ke Departemen Akuntansi & Keuangan setiap bulan. Mendaftarkan / membuat laporan mutasi BPJS Ketenagakerjan dan kesehatan untuk seluruh karyawan setiap ada karyawan keluar dan masuk. Berkoordinansi dengan bagian Document Control untuk seluruh SOP, IK, dan form yg terkait dengan Departemen HRD & GA. Setiap hari mencocokkan data absensi dengan surat ijin yang masuk ke HRD & GA. Menjamin administrai payroll dan fasilitas lain berjalan dan terdokumentasi dengan baik. Membuat surat internal dan eksternal memo resmi yang berkaitan dengan karyawan serta beberapa pengumuman resmi lainnya. Mendokumentasikan file dan dokumen secara rapi sesuai dengan kaidah filling sistem.
