DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Assist in recruitment activities including sourcing candidates & interviewing
Assist in monthly Payroll
Keep employee records up to date
Monitor worker training expiry
Work pass management: application,renewal,cancellation
Responsible for online submission of IR8A/IR21, Filling of HR documents
Receive incoming mails and send outgoing mails
Ordering office pantry & stationery, Answering Incoming calls, Arranging business travels (flight,hotel etc)
Processing of invoices, quotations, purchase orders, and delivery orders to customers
Prepare project contract (tender documents)
Prepare shipping documents, Coordinate with freight forwarders for incoming/outgoing shipments, Ensure on-time delivery to customers, prepare commercial invoices for oversea
supplier
Any other HR functions as needed
REQUIREMENT
Min. Diploma in a related field
Min. of 1 year of working experience in a similar role
Training will be provided for inexperienced candidates
