III. Memanage Relasi dan Komunikasi dengan Customer * Menghubungi Customer secara teratur baik melalui telepon maupun e-mail, untuk menjaga relasi. * Membuat jadwal kunjungan ke Customer untuk 1 bulan ke depan bulan dan melaporkannya kepada direktur Operasional paling lambat tanggal 28 bulan berjalan. * Mengadakan kunjungan sesuai jadwal maupun sewaktu-waktu yang tidak terjadwalkan bila diperlukan. * Membuat laporan hasil kunjungan dan hasil menghubungi Customer dan melaporkannya kepada direktur operasional selambat-lambatnya H+2 setelah kegiatan dilaksanakan. * Menjadi Jembatan Komunikasi antara Perusahaan dengan Customer *Ikut serta saat pengiriman produk ke Customer. IV. Memanage Schedule Pekerjaan * Mengisi dan senantiasa memperbaharui Project List * Senantiasa memeriksa schedule Proyek / Pekerjaan ketika akan mengambil pekerjaan baru agar tidak terjadi bentrok. V. Penawaran dan Penagihan. * Membuat penawaran * Menyertakan perhitungan budget project pada saat meminta persetujuan penawaran ke Direktur Operasional. * Menyampaikan Penawaran kepada Customer. * Menindak lanjuti penawaran yang sudah dibuat. * Membantu Accounting memfollow Up Tagihan kepada Customer bila diperlukan.
