DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Identify target companies for business development initiatives.
Develop and manage strategic sales plans, forecasts and sales campaigns, while analyzing products, markets and customers’ sales potential.
Contribute to implementation of the group strategy and development of the local business plan for Central Java area.
Assist the Sales Lead with development of annual budgets.
Ensure a high order intake with targeted margin by implementing the defined sales plan.
Perform day-to-day tasks of conducting sales visits, quotation presentations along with Customer Relationship Management system (CRM) updates, forecasting.
Identify and visit each office and key contacts on a regular basis.
REQUIREMENT
Able to communicate in English.
Min S1.
Has driving licence A.
Able to read engineering drawing.
Work experience as Sales Engineer in Manufacturing Industry (related industry such as conveyors, automation, robotics, logistics solutions, food production equipment, packaging machinery, etc.).
