REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with customer service experience in the SaaS industry. Proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization or equivalent industry experience. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Strong decision-making abilities. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex activities to develop improved practices or new approaches. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proven technical support experience, particularly in software support. Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems, such as Zendesk.
