DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

As a Software Support Consultant at Cox Automotive Australia, you will deliver top-tier technical support to automotive clients, troubleshoot software issues, provide expert guidance, and ensure efficient system operations. Your role is pivotal in maintaining client satisfaction and helping clients maximize the value of innovative software solutions within the automotive industry.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree in IT or related field with customer service experience in the SaaS industry. Proven experience in a similar role within a medium to large organization or equivalent industry experience. Exemplary written and verbal communication skills. Strong decision-making abilities. Proficiency in analyzing and interpreting complex activities to develop improved practices or new approaches. Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills. Ability to work effectively both independently and collaboratively within a team. Proven technical support experience, particularly in software support. Proficiency with remote support tools and ticketing systems, such as Zendesk.
