DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Coordinate and maintain relationships with internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless business or projects execution. Coordinate with client to take detailed ordering briefs and clarify specific requirements of each activities or incidents. Manage project or business operations 24/7 by monitoring incident, handling complaint, as well as resolving issues. Resolve project conflicts, manage the relationship with the clients and all stakeholders. Assist in the definition of scope and objectives, involving all relevant stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility. Interacting with executives and project team/resources to understand requirements, workflows, business process model and expectations. Ensure that all activities or incidents are delivered on time, within scope and comply with service level agreement. Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation include : spreadsheets, diagram and process maps to document needs.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology, Engineering (Computer/Telecommunication), Science & Technology or equivalent. More than 5 years of experience as IT Project Manager with multi complex IT Aplications or infrastructure projects. More than 3 years of experience in handling and managing business operations 24/7. Familiarity with Software Development Life Cycle and Agile Development is a plus. Familiar with workflow diagram, wireframe prototypes and incidents management. Preferably Manager specializing in IT/Computer - Network/System/Database Admin or equivalent. Full-Time position(s) available. Required language(s): English. Ready to work in Jakarta and join ASAP.
