REQUIREMENT
Diploma/ Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management Experience 1 - 3 years of HR experience in general HRM; Payroll experience will be an added advantage. Additional skills and knowledge Good presentation and report writing skills Excellent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint) Good knowledge and understanding of the local labour market and statutory laws Familiar with HRIS application Desired Behaviours Self-motivated and positive, able to work independently and as a good team player Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity and initiative Highly organised, process-focused aptitude, with strong interpersonal skills
