DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Manage talent recruitment and selection; providing professional advice and guidance on HR practices, policies and procedures and employment law/legislations to hiring managers, and organising career talks and outreach for talent acquisition Talent management - including onboarding, performance management, employee relations issues and offboarding Manage end-to-end payroll processing, ensuring accuracy and adherence to relevant laws, regulations, and policies Drive the development and implementation of a range of initiatives to enhance employee engagement and retention Work closely with volunteers and partners to execute learning and development initiatives Support the Department’s other initiatives and projects where required
REQUIREMENT

Diploma/ Degree, preferably in Human Resources Management or Business Management Experience 1 - 3 years of HR experience in general HRM; Payroll experience will be an added advantage. Additional skills and knowledge Good presentation and report writing skills Excellent with Microsoft Office Applications (Word, Excel, Access and Powerpoint) Good knowledge and understanding of the local labour market and statutory laws Familiar with HRIS application Desired Behaviours Self-motivated and positive, able to work independently and as a good team player Resourceful and self-driven with high degree of professional integrity and initiative Highly organised, process-focused aptitude, with strong interpersonal skills
