DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manage and supervise in carry out, in general the Regulation in matters of related to Manpower, generally and in particular, the Company Regulation
Developing HRGA systems, recruitment planning, remuneration systems, employee engagement and industrial relation, etc.
Supervise in carry out the Personnel Administration (Attendance, Annual Leave, Permission, Warning Letter, etc). Also to counseling for any problems for employee and to obtain any input from employee for the Company’s interest
To manage and responsible for handling any application, filing of claim, documentation of BPJS, Report of related in matters of Manpower and Foreigner Permits
Manage all aspect of general affair, including assets, license, maintenance building, CSR, etc.
Manage and make payroll calculation, overtime, allowance, etc
Maintain relationship with government institution and community around factory
Maintain HR database
Make budget of HR&GA Dept.
Make and analysis cost of manpower
Handling organization development, such as review organization structure, training, etc.
Make report relate with human resource as weekly and monthly
Ability to multitask in fast-paced, manage time and work strict deadlines
Build and maintain manpower plans to support the stakeholders in terms of employee fulfillment and succession planning for the sustainability of the company's business operational
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor’s degree in psychology, law, human resource management or equivalent
Maximum. 45 years old
Have experience Minimum. 5 years in factory/manufacture as HR Manager
Have experience for waste management (domestic waste, hazardous waste, B3 waste, etc)
Have experience to maintain government institutions, union and local communities
Fluent in English (spoken & written)
Fluent in Korea (Spoken & Written)
Have good computer skills Microsoft Office especially Excel and PPT.
Willing to be placed in Purwakarta
