Develop sales leads and identify customer requirements. 7. Monitor and collect competitors’ activities in market and report periodically directed by company. 8. Independently develop and follow up Control projects to provide solutions for customers. 9. Compliance with Johnson Controls’ policies and procedures at all times. Optional: 1 Responsible for the promotion of BMS/SECURITY SYSTEM products and systems in design institutes, industry associations and integrators in the industry in the region. 2 Compiling the production of catalogues to customers. Prepare localized master catalogue and general applications for contractors and consultants where appropriate. 3 Conduct cold calls and new business development. 4 Explore and execute end to end BMS/SECURITY SYSTEM project, and provide product/industry solution to customer.
