Melakukan monitoring dan analisa produk kompetitor, harga produk kompetitor, strategi pemasaran dan pelayanan dari kompetitor. Menyusun rencana kerja harian (work plan) terkait aktivitas kunjungan ke customer (distributor / dealer / toko-toko retail peralatan rumah tangga atau elektronik).
