DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
· Plan and process payroll
· Compute and verify variable payroll data (e.g. attendance, overtime, sales incentive, allowance, bonus)
· Perform monthly payroll reconciliation.
· Manage all statutory submission payments and processing of government claims. (e.g. NS Makeup pay, training grants, maternity leave, etc.)
· Prepare and submit CPF contributions, SDF and income tax
· Prepare pay slips
· Prepare standard monthly reports
· Monitor tax clearance of foreign workers
· Year-end tax filing
· Administer no-pay leave deduction/s where applicable
· Update and maintain e-leave System Approver/Standing Approver
· Answer employee queries pertaining to leave balance, entitlement etc.
· Year-end migration
· Verify and process employee medical/dental reimbursement claims
· Assist in arranging condolence blanket for bereaved employee & family
· Administer work pass application, renewal, cancellation and updating of company and personal particulars to MoM
· Monitor the expiry date of all work passes and passports of foreign workers
· Monitor stock level, office stationeries & workplace items (disposable face masks, hand sanitizers, gloves, Name card)
· Coordinate the distribution of items and stationery to the retail outlets.
· Create and maintain accurate employee records and documents in the P-files
· Handle Government surveys and reports e.g. from MOM (with monetary information)
· Participate and assist with HR related functions, tasks, initiatives and programs
· Perform other ah-hoc duties as assigned.
REQUIREMENT
· Diploma / Degree in HR Management or equivalent
· Minimum 2 years of working experience in HR experience / Payroll
