Lead Company Engagement Activities

Partner with Business Units around improving engagement within teams
Lead/analyze and drive engagement through Annual Engagement Survey
Lead/analyze and drive engagement through ACE Surveys
Understand culture/gaps
Lead townhalls and brownbag sessions with employees
Lead HR Connects
Assess Leader effectiveness
Align employees/leaders and teams to RP culture
LABOR RELATIONS & POLICIES AND PROCEDURE
Lead and manage all Admin cases (for termination)
Manage Incident Reports worked on by Ops
Work on RTWOs
Performance Improvement Plans
Manage 5th month Reviews with Ops
Conduct trainings around labor relations/company policies
Review and update current Policies and procedure
Partner with Legal on Policy revisions
Cascade new/updated policies and procedures
ISO
Partner with Ops in managing attrition as a result of Discipline related reasons
Manage DOLE/NLRC related cases
Ensure compliance with all government regulations/rules
Work with REWS on Business permit related tasks
Work with Benefits on all DOLE related compliance tasks
REPORTS/AUTOMATION/TOOLS & HRIS
Manage all existing HR Tools (Sharepoint, UKG)
Partner with US HRIS on all HRIS-related concerns
Lead projects around automation and opex
Manage all reports that need to be sent out to all stakeholders in a timely manner
Update/improve current tools and reports
COMPENSATION
Manage employee compensation
Lead all COS driven activities
Manage Job Mapping/Compensation analysis
Partner with US Comp on these items:
Off-cycle increases
Counteroffers
Off-cycle promotions
All off-cycle movements
Lead Annual Merit Exercise
Manage MIP/QPR/LTIP related concerns
Understand overall Comp status and align with company goals and strategies
REQUIREMENT
Atleast 5 years HR Business Partner experience
Understands the different facets of HR
Excellent communication skills
Experience in handling compensation and benefits
Graduate of any four year course
