Responsible for achieving sales targets/performance by proper utilization of allocated resources and investments as well responsible for market development, distribution and product penetration in respective territories. Responsible for coverage strategy and supporting the team in the design of maximum coverage strategy based on region’s population, profile, number of outlets and business potential. Builds, develops, and strengthens distribution infrastructure includes define clear sales target both value and volume, monitor sales performance also sales force headcount requirement in each distributor and sub-distributor branches. Achieve distribution width/coverage by expanding to new geographies and new channel or customer opportunities within dedicated region. Work closely with distributor on coverage area to do sales and distribution plan and drive excellent implementation. Managing end to end process of sales movements through distributor including stock/forecast, service level, coverage, outlet transaction, item sold and the process improvement continuously. Conduct achievement review and periodically appraisals of the achievement of each team member against pre-determined standards of achievement to identify the area of strengths and improvements. Coaching and development through giving on the job coaching for the team to develop their performance and process efficiency. Develop and implement training plans through consultation with Head of Sales and/or HR to develop the performance of the team in their current role and prepare them for their future roles.
