DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Make planning the purchase of goods according purchase request from the relevant department Sourcing for the transporter for the delivery to the depot Regulate and monitor the subordinate jobs that can be done more efficiently Re-negotiation with suppliers to obtain the best price for the needed specifications of the item. Controlling and monitoring all purchase activities Assist on administration tasks in relation to Export/Import goods. Archieve the documentation related to purchasing (quotation, brochure, supplier assesment form etc) Liaise with all the other functional group on administrative and purchase order related matters
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor’s Degree in any field Maximum 35 year English language oral and written is must At least 5 years of working experience in the related field is required for this position Understand about Export & Import / Customs Preferably Supervisor specialized in Purchasing/Inventory/Material & Warehouse Management or equivalent Good negotiation skill, communication skill, analytical thinking and leadership skills Must be proactive in finding solutions Have a good network for supplier
