DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Manages HR operations and processes to enable efficiencies in HR operations
Partner with all center manager in all aspects of hiring and recruitment
Fully responsible for the recruitment process of human resources, conducts interviews and give final recommendations
Review, update and confirms job descriptions with manager on positions to be hired
Advertising, sourcing and interviewing of candidates
Making recommendations for job offer as appropriate
Maintain, tracking, submit monthly on recruitment data
Comprehends payroll and benefit schemes including submission for related tax
Responsible to develop HR filing systems ensuring all documents are properly filed
Responsible for managing and developing the human capital within the company, including the planning, implementation and supervision of human capital and its quality development
Able to create content and post job vacancies in all job portal, social media (online & offline)
Able to use and interpret human resource psychological assessment
Comprehends corporate legal works & documents
Comprehends international / foreign employee recruitment and its legal entailments
Understands employee insurance and BPJS
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor degree in Human Recourse Management or Higher or any related filed
Above 4 – 5 years experience in Human Resource Management
Prior working knowledge with payroll systems
Preferably having knowledge of employee recruitment, HR system, reward system, ISO system
Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
Maximum 30 years old
Having good communications, negotiations and problem solving skills
Excellent analytical thinking, creative, detail oriented and well organized
Understand about labour rules
Live around South Jakarta
Having good knowledge in handling HR activity
To be placed in EF Permata Hijau
