DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify root cause for recurring issue, make / implement proposals for their eliminations Assist to estimating and conducting development work end to end Help the business in end of the month and year closing activities to ensure timely closing and submission of reports to management Supply post implementation support and ensure compliance requirements are adhered to Serve as a Subject Matter Expert (SME) for the support services section, support model, methods and processes Create functional design document s for enhancements of existing SAP functionality for interim releases; configuration for system enhancements; testing system modifications; performing system maintenance; analyzing and evaluating SAP system processes and user needs Resolve critical SAP development issues; research, develop and propose both short and long term solution to SAP system requirements.
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree/Post Graduate Diploma/Professional Degree in Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent. At least 2 Year(s) of working experience in supporting SAP PP module (Developments, testing, documentation, training organization and delivery, End User Support) Significant experience with SAP implementation process Good knowledge of product costing Understanding of cross module integration Experienced of progressively responsible IT experience in enterprise resource planning (ERP) system Experienced in help desk support and issue resolution Excellent analytical thinking skill and attention to details Demonstrate initiative and ability to work in both a team environment as well as independently Working experienced in a large corporate environment Good command in English, verbal and written Maybe required to accomodate irregular working hours including evening and weekend and on call rotation
