DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To manage and report sales projects under the direction of the Sales Manager Organize sales promotional initiatives to obtain new sales leads Establish key relationships with corporate accounts or retail channel to ensure maximum exposure and increase revenue Hire and train sales team Liaise with the internal sales and other team on a day to day basis Create frequent reviews and reports with sales and financial data
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience as a sales supervisor or similar role, from banking & financial services industry. Startup experience is preferred Proficiency in English Excellent knowledge of MS Office, especially MS Excel Fast learner and passion for sales Self-motivated with a results-driven approach Aptitude in delivering attractive presentations Min. Bachelor Degree
