DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To Monitor sales achievement and promoting support activity. To Reach more customers and networks in food base company. To Plan and direct staffing, training, and performance evaluations to develop and control sales and service programs. To Develope and to build team while encouraging and building mutual trust,respect and cooperation among sales team members. To Monitor customer preferences to determine focus of sales efforts. To Prepare sales target and budget expenditures. To coordinate with principle in executing project development activity plan.
REQUIREMENT

Experience as Sales/Marketing min 3 years in food ingredients especially FLAVOUR. Candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's Degree from Food Technology. Result Oriented Type, Persistent. Fluent in written and spoken English. Required skill(s): Leadership, sales development, and business strategic planning. Willing to work at Jakarta Raya
