DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Responsible in sales and marketing in CCTV products Develop new sales and marketing strategy to achieve the sales target Do the presentation, negotiation, design, system integration, demo product, consultation and solution to customer Build good communication and patnership with new reseller/agent and maintain good relationship with existing reseller/agent Manage the product price Identify potential customers, explore new business opportunities and develop new markets Understand competitors, sales activities and status
REQUIREMENT

Age Max 37 years old Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in any field Mandarin and English language speaking preferred You must have minimum of 7 years Sales experience in the security market, CCTV, Access Control Ability to explain technical security solutions to customers, understand their requirements and provide basic site surveys, system designs and quotations. Able to do the market research Computer literacy (Such as Word, Excel ect) Ability to operate and make decisions in complex environment Self-motivated, competitive and goal oriented Strong presentation, sales, negotiation and influencing skills Good leadership, team work and motivation to work Able to join soonest Willing to be place in Jakarta Utara
