DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Operate telephone switch board to answer, screen, or forward calls, providing information, taking messages, or scheduling appointments.
Greet guest that entering premise, determine nature and purpose of visit, and direct or escort them to specific destinations.
Provide information about premise, such as location of departments or offices, employees within the organization, or services provided.
Transmit information or documents to internal (directly or circulation) using computer, mail, or facsimile machine.
Hear complaints from customers or the public and transmit the information that authorized
Perform administrative support tasks, such as proofreading, transcribing handwritten information, or operating calculators or computers to work with pay records, invoices, balance sheets, or other documents.
File and maintain records.
Collect, sort, distribute, or prepare mail, messages, or courier deliveries.
Tracking documents / packages status to appointed courier
Process and prepare memos, correspondence, travel vouchers, or other documents.
Receive payment and record receipts and transmit the document to authorized department.
REQUIREMENT
Maximum age 30 years old.
Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, any field.
Major Hospitality/Tourism/Hotel Management
At least 2 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
Guest service oriented
Able to work independent
Computer literacy (MS Office) is essential
Good looking, good communication, good attitude, good interpersonal skill, Honest, initiatives and strong personality
Good typing, organizational and administrative skills
Must have excellent english communication skills – written and verbal
Applicants must be willing to work in Prambanan-Klaten
Will be temporary 1 Month
