DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Achieve own sales target and lead team to achieve target and/or overall company target
Work with management team to identify and evaluate market, new target clients
Work with management team to develop and implement strategic sales plan
Identify and evaluate specific new profitable business opportunities
Continously review competitive activities at the market place, the daily MD (sales & promotion team) routes and updating them upon prospecting any new local business
Monitor the implementation of the desired distribution targets of pruducts including NPDs as per the management's instruction
Setting sales target for individual and team including allocation areas for sales representatives efficently
Work with own teams to deliver outstanding presentation to capture profitable business opportunity
Maintain an excellent client relationship with distributor, existing and potenatial clients
Reviewing area sales performance with own team and distributor periodicly in order to solved issue, aiming to meet or exceed targets
Making daily, weekly, and monthly report per management/superior request
REQUIREMENT
Max 35 years old
Minimum Bachelor Degree (S1)
Minimum 5 years of experience in sales field
Proven track record of developing sales
Strong in client connection and client services
a passion for sales and a drive to succed
Fluent in English (and Mandarin) and computer skill (preferable)
Highly developed ability of analytical, planning, organizing, problem solving, influencing and networking techniques including team motivation and training
Excellent interpersonal, communication and presentation skills.
Strong responsibility & leadership, self-motivated, able to work under pressure and within tight deadline
Willing be placement in Surabaya
