DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Reporting to the Manager, you will assist him in all aspects of store management in ensuring store revenue targets and operational goals are met. Responsible for opening and closing of the store; inventory control; visual merchandising; sales transactions, reports and housekeeping. Ensure merchandise and visual displays are in accordance with corporate guidelines. Sell and achieve monthly personal sales target. Respond to customer enquiries and complaints; provide professional feedback and follow up. Develop new customer base and grow existing business.
REQUIREMENT

Diploma / O level / Professional Certificate / Nitec Experience in liquor and spirit industry will be added advantage, though not a requirement. Highly sales driven, possess excellent communication and customer service skills. Proficient in Microsoft Office applications and Point of Sales (POS) system. Able to commit to retail hours, weekends and PHs. Effectively bilingual in spoken English and Mandarin is a MUST to liaise with Mandarin speaking associates and clients.
