DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Achieving personal Sales target and contribute towards group Sales target. Identify market potential and develop prospective customers, market penetration and develop new market segments. Conduct product demo, presentation and training to agents. Excellent in building rapport with prospect / client to ensure customer satisfaction all the time. Assist in client inquiries and follow up on payment collection. Provide great after sales services for potential repeat business / referral. Happy to travel and participate in both local & overseas roadshow for sales opportunity.
REQUIREMENT

Required language(s): Preferably Mandarin speaking candidate (able to write, read & speak fluently). Optional language(s): Bahasa Malaysia & English. Highly motivated and ambitious in achieving goals. Posses strong Sales, Negotiation & Closing skills is encourage to apply. Able to communicate, analyze and organized skills, dynamic personality, self motivated and work independent. Extensive understanding of property market and consumer behavior is would be added benefits.
