DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Sit for long hours to manage a constant stream of incoming calls and chats while maintaining a customer-first experience Prioritize and engage inbound customers’ enquiries and requests to ensure that they have a positive experience in using the app Answer enquiries and provide information and suggestions to appropriate app features and loan information. Create and/or update customer support tickets on our in-house customer service platform Serve as an ambassador of the TunaiKita brand throughout every customer service interaction with our app users.
REQUIREMENT

Possess an approachable personality and a reassuring voice Speak, read and write effective Bahasa Indonesia and English Type faster than 50 words per minute with high degree of accuracy A customer-centric professional that keeps your cool even when faced with the most demanding or unreasonable of customers Enjoy frequent interactions with customers over phone and chat At least a Diploma holder
