A reputable music education center in Jakarta need a Customer Service Officer (CSO). Scope of work: Handle administration and communication for students and teachers Develop and maintain class schedule Record and accept payments Develop teachers salary report Develop monthly financial report
REQUIREMENT

Maximum 30 years old. Good looking Must possess at least Diploma, Bachelor's Degree in Business Studies/Administration/Management, Finance/Accountancy/Banking, Marketing or equivalent. Required Skill(s): Computer literate (Ms Office and Internet) Good communication skills (able to handle customers complaints) Proficient in English (verbal and written) Strong organizational skills Able to multitasking Basic knowledge in music is not required, but a plus Willing to get a weekend shift
