DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Responsible for the full cycle of the Recruitment (Post Advertisements, Candidate Selection, Interview Arrangements, Preparation of Letter of Offer)
Conduct Orientation and Induction Programme to the new recruitment
Administrate TMS Attendance & Leave System. Generate Monthly Attendance Report
Administer Compensation & Benefit as well as Training & Development
Administrate and review employees' insurance, medical, welfare benefits
Administrate new / renewal / termination of Work Passes
Assist in the formulation, advice and execution of HR policies, guidelines and procedures as well as staff benefits to the HOD & Staffs
Assist in Monthly payroll
Perform and verify employee claims
Perform other assignments / ad-hoc matters as delegated
REQUIREMENT
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business Studies/Administration/Management or equivalent.
Some working experience in Recruitment and Work Passes is an advantage
Familiar with current Singapore employment laws and regulations
Applicants must be willing to work in Tuas with Company’s transportation
