-Organising interview for candidates as requested by clients
-Using networking, marketing skills, business development and networking to attract business from client companies
-Advertising vacancies appropriately by placing adverts in a wide spectrum of media such as newspaper, websites, magazines etc.
-Develop a good understanding of clients companies, their industry, their work culture and environment
-Receiving and reviewing applications. managing interviews and matching candidates to job positions
-Preparing CVs to forward to clients
-Briefing the candidate about the job responsibilities, salary and benefits
-Offering advice to both clients and candidates on pay rates, training and career progression
-Reviewing recruitment policies to ensure effectiveness of selection techniques and recruitment programmes
REQUIREMENT
Diploma/Degree in any discipline
Chances to travel overseas for foreign recruitment
Training and mentorship provided to ensure career progression
