DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
To manage the execution of logistics contract/ work under coordination of Operation Manager. This includes going to site as company representation to monitor the execution of the work, managing compliance of procedure at each stage/ phase of the delivered services, managing compliance of safety standard, looking for and managing vendor, assisting in quotation creation and administrative work;
Utilising knowledge and experience to aid with the provision of clear, effective operational solutions for clients;
Preparing quotations and vendor relationships;
On-the-ground attendance at important projects, both within Indonesia and overseas, as required;
Keeping up-to-date on any regulation changes within the country that may impact on our activities;
Together with Senior Management and QHSE Manager, oversee compliance to our QHSE policies and our ISO certification;
Keep up-to-date on our Compliance and Code of Conduct policies to educate the teams and vendors accordingly;
Maintaining good relations with all required staff, vendors and clients in able to achieve the best results.
REQUIREMENT
Have experience of managing and negotiating with vendors;
Able to travel anywhere in Indonesia and overseas;
Strong relationship building and interpersonal skills;
Willing and able to “get involved” in the daily activity.
