Work with internal teams to obtain an in-depth understanding of the product and the documentation requirements. Create and maintain the information architecture Write easy-to-understand user interface text and developer guides. Create tutorials to help end-users use a variety of application
REQUIREMENT

Candidate mus possess at least a Bachelor's Degree, with major Computer Science/Information Technology or equivalent At least 2 years of working experience as a Technical Writer or a Software Quality Assurance Proven working experience in technical writing or software documentation Ability to deliver high quality documentation and paying attention to detail Ability to quickly grasp complex technical concepts and make it easily understandable in text and pictures Good team work as well as individual Proficient in MS Office, and having excellent office clerical skill
