DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Managing the finance and accounting team in the preparation, supervision, and reporting of weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements. Ensuring the company's compliance with applicable accounting regulations and standards. Managing the company's budget and contributing to long-term financial planning. Interacting with external auditors during the annual audit process. Managing banking relationships and overseeing the company's financing and investments. Developing and implementing efficient and effective accounting procedures. Providing financial reports and analysis to the executive team to support strategic decision-making. Perform other financial analysis requested by stakeholders.
REQUIREMENT

The candidate must possess at least a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. The candidate has minimum of 5 years of relevant work experience in accounting or finance management, and has 2 years in managing team. The candidate has deep understanding about accounting principles and applied financial regulations, also has understanding of tax principles and experience in monitoring Periodic and Annual Tax Returns (SPT), preferably with tax audit experience The candidate has strong communication skills to explain financial reports, and proficient in using EXCEL, including experience in using accounting software and financial management software. The candidate has experience in budgeting and other financial projections, able to perform data analysis and ability to work under pressure and manage tight deadlines.
