DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead and supervise Support Staff team.
Monitoring and ensuring the application runs well.
Categorize and record ticket issues reported by the users or customers.
Advise users on appropriate course of action.
Coordinate with related stakeholders if there are problems or change request in the system.
Perform Weekly and Monthly Report to the customers.
Coordinate with related developers if there are errors or change request on the system.
Arrange schedule for application fixing deployment.
Maintaining Support Staff team shift schedule.
Escalating critical point to Business and IT Operation Director or GM of Project Deliverables.
Planning and coordinate with Project team for go-live preparation
Thinking to provide temporary and permanent solutions for the received case.
Coordinate with infra team if having problem on server or network system.
Conduct an assessment of changes requirement that requested by the user
Ensure that every reported issue is resolved within the allotted time.
Ensure and supervise the service desk support team to work effectively and efficiently.
Perform other related assignments entrusted by Business and IT Operation Director or GM of Project Deliverables.
REQUIREMENT
3+ years experience in IT operations or a related field, with proven team leadership experience.
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Experience with ticketing systems and incident management.
Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
Ability to communicate effectively with technical and non-technical audiences.
Proficiency in creating and delivering reports.
Experience coordinating with developer and application support team.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.
Strong organizational and scheduling skills.
Experience with application monitoring and troubleshooting.
Ability to assess change requests and propose solutions.
Willing to WFO in Jakarta Utara
