DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Manage budgets and financial performance analyst - Conducting comprehensive financial analysis for including budgeting, forecasting, and variance analysis - Prepare regular financial reports for the management team, including detailed analysis that can be used for decision-making. - Conduct competitor analysis from a financial perspective - Build and maintain relationships with key stakeholders. - Manage KPI
REQUIREMENT

- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or a related field. - At least 3 years of work experience in business management in the retail industry. - Understanding of financial management and budgeting. - Ability to analyze financial reports and data. - Proficient in Microsoft Excel. - Experience in SAP/ERP - Strong analytical and critical thinking skills. - Ability to adapt to changing market conditions and business needs. - Proficiency in English is a must.
