DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Plan, control, and evaluate the fulfillment of HR needs in the area according to company requirements. Control and evaluate the implementation of the employee competency-based HR development system in the area. Monitor the accuracy of the HRIS database to ensure employee data is always up to date. Implement & ensure human resources policies, manage employee relations, ensure compliance with local labor laws, and create a positive work environment. Control and evaluate the management system of facilities and infrastructure to ensure the smooth operation of activities. Implement and ensure the Management System in the company complies with applicable regulations.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor's degree (S1) in Law, Psychology, Management, Industrial Engineering or any related field with a minimum GPA of 3.00 Experience as HCBP/HRBP at least 4 years Strong understanding of industrial relations, legal systems, HR Generalist functions, recruitment & development Certified Human Resource Management/ Professional is preferred Good communication skill
