DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct end-to-end Recruitment Process, such as CV Selection, psychology test, interview Define Requirement of employee needs from Internal User Create the vacancy advertisement Maintain database of qualified professionals to rapidly respond to talent management needs. Maintain all recruitment paper and electronic files including internal postings for all open positions. Assist in maintaining online application process. Conduct User interview & schedule arrangement. Control Recruitment Process and follow-up Recruitment Result. Arrange Profile Assessment by the vendor. New Hire onboarding preparation Inform candidates about the results of their interviews Support the integration of new employees as much as needed
REQUIREMENT

Candidate must possess at least Bachelor's Degree in HR Management from a reputable University with minimum GPA 3.0 Fresh graduate/experienced as recruitment staff. Preferably in Manufacturing Industries Having good knowledge of employee recruitment/psychological tools, such as IST, PAULI, Kraepelin, PAPI, DISC, MBTI, Graphic test, etc Proficient in interviewing prospective employees Having Good communication and Interpersonal skill Required language(s): English (written & spoken) Have a good integrity and analyze skills Ability to work excellent as team or individual Achievement focused and able to work in a direct and often pressurized environment Willing to be placed in Jakarta
