DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To ensure the store's sales target is well established initially. To ensure the store's merchandising visual meets all Garmin's guidelines. To manage Garmin's specialists and lead the team to achieve sales targets, and to maintain the image quality of the store. Performing sales & visual sales reports on the system daily. To ensure the store's inventory meets the required quantity. To collect detailed market information and customer feedback. Creating customer relationships with the Master Dealer/Store Assistant/Store Manager and supporting Sell-Out activities. To transfer knowledge and benefits of Garmin products to the Master Dealer/Store Assistant/Store Manager. Other relevant tasks assigned by the Line Manager
REQUIREMENT

Minimum 1-year experience in sales, retail, or customer service. Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with retail partners and customers. Proficiency in English, both spoken and written. Willingness to learn about Garmin products and retail strategies. Good analytical thinking and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint). Team-oriented with a positive attitude and strong work ethic. Willingness to travel as needed to retail locations across Indonesia. Passion for technology, gadgets, or sports is a bonus. Note: only CV in English will be proceeded.
