DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Develop and execute Business Strategies for new products and businesses. Key lead for business development discussions, negotiations and managing the overall partner relationships for assigned portfolios of partners. Deepen senior-level relationships with partners to help strategically and help grow and maintain a robust sales pipeline across all partner sales channels. Build strong and trusting relationships with key players in the telco industry and related sectors. Partner with Marketing and Analytics to design and implement initiatives for business growth. Project manage new partner launches by working closely with internal stakeholders and partner leads to ensure successful and timely launches. Utilize strong knowledge and understanding of the market segment to support the business to meet challenges and make them aware of market trends. Other responsibilities as needed.
REQUIREMENT

Hold Bachelor's degree. Business English proficiency. Min. 7 year of BD experience at Video Platform industry, with excellent client relationship skills and demonstrated ability to influence C-level executives at business partners. Experienced in building or managing partnership with OTT and Telco. Experienced in leading contract negotiations, ability to present effectively to large audiences. Strong financial acumen and analytical skills including use of Microsoft Excel, with good communication skill, coordinating skill, and detail oriented.
