DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

- Managed distributors in designated area to achieve business target - Responsible for execution of sales and marketing program by distributors - Responsible for sales reporting consolidation and provide distributor plan to achieve - Provide coaching gand training to distributor sales team, and learning process as required -Find a maximize any business opportunities for future business growth -Other tasks as assigned
REQUIREMENT

・Bachelor's degree from any major ・Business level of English ・Min 3 years experience as Sales/ Marketing Area Supervisor handle distributor that selling to reatiler, car workshop of automotive parts, lubricant, or oil product ・Owend SIM A ・Business level of English ・Have a good network of distributors ・Have leadership skills to lead sales team and distributors as per company direction
