DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Identify and target potential enterprise and UMKM clients, both locally and internationally, through research, networking, and outreach efforts. Actively engage with prospects via phone, email, and in-person meetings to introduce our services and solutions. Conduct thorough assessments to understand client requirements and pain points. Develop customized product offerings based on the unique needs of each client. Conduct product demonstrations and presentations to showcase tailored solutions and address client needs. Develop and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders to facilitate long-term partnerships. Analyse market trends and competitor activities to identify opportunities for growth. Negotiate contracts and close sales to achieve or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets. Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Computer Science, or a related field is preferred. Proven track record in business development or IT sales, with a focus on hunting new business min. 3 years of experience in a custom website development industry. Strong hunting mentality with a proactive approach to sales; self-motivated and goal-oriented. Excellent verbal and written communication skills; ability to engage and influence clients. Strong networking skills with the ability to build rapport quickly. Familiarity with IT products knowledges and services, with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical clients. Ability to understand client needs and develop tailored solutions that effectively address those needs. Proficiency in English, both oral and written, is mandatory. Willing to work from anywhere in Jakarta area. We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales Consultant to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong hunting personality, with a passion for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities. You will be responsible for generating leads, understanding client needs, and tailoring our solutions to meet those needs, ultimately driving revenue growth.
