DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
Lead the planning and implementation of infrastructure projects, including setting project goals and objectives, developing project plans, and coordinating with team members and stakeholders.
Manage project budget and resources, ensuring that all project activities are carried out within the allocated budget and resources.
Monitor and report on project progress, including tracking project milestones and deliverables, and providing regular updates to stakeholders.
Coordinate with technical teams and other stakeholders to ensure that the infrastructure design and implementation meets the technical requirements.
Manage project risks and issues, implementing mitigation strategies as needed.
Ensure compliance with company policies, regulations, and industry standards.
Maintain project documentation, including detailed project plans, reports, and other project-related documents.
Manage project team members, providing guidance and support as needed, and fostering a positive and productive work environment.
Conduct post-project evaluation to identify successful and unsuccessful project elements and improve future projects.
REQUIREMENT
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Project Management, or a related field.
Relevant certifications such as PMP, PMI, ITIL, or PRINCE2.
Proven experience in managing infrastructure projects.
Strong understanding of IT infrastructure, Cloud Technologies, and project management methodologies.
Familiar with Cloud Azure, IT systems, software development methodologies
Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
At least 5 years of work experience as Project Manager
Must have prior experience in managing infrastructure projects
Familiar with Cloud Azure, IT systems, software development methodologies
Must be proficient in English and Bahasa
Ability to handle multiple projects across various disciplines (e.g., Cloud migration, Datacenter Services, networks, telecommunications, storage)
