DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Review and Analyze Financial Report Ensure accurate and timely preparation of financial reports, including profit and loss statements, balance sheets, and budgets Review and ensure compliance with company policies, tax regulations, and financial reporting standards Checking Yearly Budget Report form all Dept. and checking Realization Achievement of Financial Report Supervise, Direct and also evaluate performance of accounting team Review Monthly General Ledger to ensure accuracy of posts Review External Audit Report and report from Consultant
REQUIREMENT

Hold Bachelor Degree (S1) majoring in Accounting from reputable University with GPA min 3.0 Minimum 2 years working experiences as Supervisor in related field, especially from Pharmaceutical, FMCG, or Trading/Distribution company Strong knowledge of accounting principles, financial reporting, and tax regulations. Proactive, full of initiatives, high integrity, risk focus and attention to details. Have experiences in handling team member for min. 2 years Highly motivated, disciplined and able to work under minimum supervision. Demonstrate high service attitude with good analytical, judgement and problem solving skills. Excellent administration and interpersonal skills.
