DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Prepare and organize presentations, reports, and business development materials. Assist in researching market trends, industry developments, and potential business opportunities. Track and report on the progress of business development projects and initiatives. Liaise with key clients, partners, and stakeholders on behalf of the director. Handle internal and external communications, including email correspondence and phone calls. Coordinate logistics for business trips, meetings, and events. Maintain confidential information and handle sensitive matters with discretion.
REQUIREMENT

Bachelor’s degree in business management / marketing / administration / public Relation or a related field. Minimum of 3 years on Supervisor / Managerial level or in a similar role. Age 25-35 years old. Proven ability in strategic planning, effective prioritization, and efficient time management Proficiency in Mandarin and English is a plus. Strong command of Microsoft Office (Word, Access, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook), with practical experience in databases, spreadsheets, and internet research. A well-groomed and professional appearance, with the ability to understand responsibilities, manage multiple tasks under pressure, and meet tight deadlines. Must be willing to be based in Surabaya, East Java.
