DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Handle general office duties including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating internal communication. Maintain and organize databases, files, and records for easy access and retrieval. Prepare and process sales orders, invoices, and correspondence. Assist in the preparation of reports and presentations for internal and external meetings. Assist the sales team with lead generation, follow-ups, and maintaining customer relationships. Assist in developing and executing marketing strategies and campaigns Act as the first point of contact for client inquiries via phone, email, and in person.
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in administrative, sales, and marketing roles (1-2 years preferred). Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). Strong communication skills, both written and verbal. Organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple tasks at once. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Positive attitude and a proactive approach to problem-solving. A degree or relevant qualification in Business, Marketing, Sales, or a related field is a plus.
