DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Conduct coaching and counseling for employees. Assist the Deputy Manager of HR & GA and Office Manager in evaluating and analyzing employee performance. Recommend candidates for specific positions, whether they are new applicants or current employees, by assessing their potential. Administer psychometric tests for candidates and/or current employees.
REQUIREMENT

Minimum education: Bachelor's degree in Industrial and Organizational Psychology. Female Age 25-30 years. Minimum skills: Ability to place candidates and/or employees according to their best potential. Minimum experience: 3 years. Outgoing personality. Location: Gunung Putri, West Java.
