DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Provide 24 hour Network Health surveillance of physical Fiber Optic and alarm reporting utilizing network monitoring and surveillance software Review and general clean-up of ticket queue Troubleshooting network issues and taking appropriate action to resolve Ensure timely resolution to trouble tickets Ensure timely follow up with customers via e-mails or phone calls
REQUIREMENT

Minimum D3 Telecommunication / IT Minimum 1 year working experience in NOC Fiber Optic Having good understanding of Fiber Optic Able to interpret FO measurement tools (OTDR, Optic, OSP) Familiar with Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook Will to work under shift Must be able to handle high levels of stress satisfactorily and be congenial with other employees and customers at all times
