DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

1. Identify and develop new customer leads to promote and sell newly launched products. 2. Create and execute marketing strategies tailored to introduce new products to the target audience effectively. 3. Conduct product presentations and demonstrations to potential customers. 4. Build and maintain strong relationships with clients to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty. 5. Monitor and analyze customer feedback to improve product positioning and marketing approaches. 6. Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials, campaigns, and digital content for new product launches. 7. Prepare and deliver detailed sales reports and performance analyses to the management team. 8. Stay up-to-date with market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify business opportunities. 9. Handle negotiations and close sales while ensuring compliance with company policies. 10. Represent the company at trade shows, exhibitions, and other promotional events to enhance product visibility.
REQUIREMENT

1. Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field. 2. Proven work experience in sales or marketing, preferably in promoting new products or services (min. 2 years of experience). 3. Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport with clients. 4. Goal-oriented, with a strong focus on achieving and exceeding sales targets. 5. Knowledge of digital marketing tools and strategies is a plus. 6. Ability to deliver compelling presentations and product demonstrations. 7. Proficient in using Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint). 8. Willingness to travel and attend client meetings or promotional events as needed. 9. Self-motivated, innovative, and capable of working independently or as part of a team. 10. Fluency in English, with additional language skills being an advantage (depending on market coverage).
