DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN
1.Provide the Pre-Sales & Post-Sales technical support, Study the requirements, conduct the site survey, meeting with customer, design and propose cost-effective solutions.
2.Provide overall on-site & off-site technical support & service.
3.Review the specification and work out the Project Engineering Documentation & Drawing to meet the customer requirements and schedule.
4.Willing to Travel overseas for system commissioning
5.Install new hardware, systems, and software for networks
6.Install, configure, maintain network services, equipment and devices
7.Supports administration of servers
8.Manages all system back-up and restore protocol
9.Perform troubleshooting analysis of networking equipment, servers, workstations and associated systems
10.Documents network problems and resolution for future reference
11.Monitors system performance and implements performance tuning
12.Manage user accounts, permissions, email, anti-virus, anti-spam
13.Implementation and Maintenance network and services at clients’ site/premises
14.Design of network architecture
15.Troubleshoot and analyze problems and develop effective solutions
16.Perform installation and configure network equipment and servers and conduct Factory Acceptance Testing and User acceptance testing at site.
17.Manage and monitor network, server utilization and performance
18.Interface with cross-functional teams (Sales, Engineering, and Management) to resolve related issues
REQUIREMENT
1.Diploma or Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent
2.Minimal 2 years of experience in IT Engineer/ Network Engineer
3.Should have Networking knowledge and Cisco certification CCNA and above preferred
4.Having network experience and Windows Server, AD, DNS and Database.
5.Strong analytical abilities.
6.Excellent communication (verbal, written and presentation skills).
7.Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
