DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

To perform daily IT operational activity on system & user administration Active Directory for account creations and user management Setting up user accounts, permissions, remote access and passwords Providing end-user support on a Microsoft Windows network, computer networking, and printer troubleshooting To set up workstations with computers and necessary peripheral devices (routers, printers, etc.) To ensure that adequate backup of all data files and programs done by users in the Company Servers, to facilitate prompt recovery from data loss and to maintain and monitor procedures for the management of such backup media Maintain the inventory of all the PC hardware, software items, and supplies in the Company Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned
REQUIREMENT

Diploma in IT, good to have Cisco Certified Network Associate (CCNA) Proficiency in Networking, L1 & L2 IT Support, Active Directory, Windows Server, Computer Networking, Hardware Troubleshooting, PC Migration, SQL Database, Microsoft 365, SCCM Management Console. VMware XCSI Excellent desktop, basic server and LAN troubleshooting skills to resolve the day-to-day technical and operational issues
