DESKRIPSI PEKERJAAN

Engaging with potential students to understand their educational goals and requirements Providing detailed information about EF Medan Asia course offerings, including curriculum, schedules, and tuition fees Assisting students with the application and enrolment process Maintaining detailed records of all interactions and following up with leads Collaborating with the marketing team to identify and implement effective sales strategies Achieving individual and team sales targets Providing excellent customer service and ensuring a positive experience for all prospective students
REQUIREMENT

Proven experience in a sales or customer-facing role, preferably within the education or service industry Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and effectively engage with a diverse range of clients Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering tailored solutions Proficiency in using relevant software and technology to support sales activities A genuine passion for education and a desire to help students achieve their goals
